Tracking and Performance Measuring
Providing a comprehensive suite of tools to track and monitor the learner journey
eTrackr-ilp brings together all the information into one central hub, it provides a one-stop shop for tracking, monitoring, measuring and analysing performance against targets whilst supporting the Five Headline Performance Measures
“There’s a lot to like about eTrackr-ILP…If any college was considering buying eTrackr-ILP, I’d say go for it!”
“The eTrackr-ILP Team are responsive…We know we can rely on them and we really appreciate that.”
“As a management tool, the reporting functions in eTrackr-ILP are incredibly powerful.”
“The fact that we installed the system entirely remotely seemed to make no difference to our experience; it all went very well.”.”

Progress
A range of eTrackr-ilp features allow colleges to track student progress and support strategies to improve learner outcomes.
eTrackr-ilp automatically generates Initial Target Grades for Level 3 courses; Aspirational Target Grades can then be set to provide stretch and challenge and encourage ‘value-added’ outcomes.

Attainment
eTrackr-ilp encourages learners to succeed by engaging with their current performance, target grades and assignment feedback.
The increase in attainment of learners is tracked between Key-Stage 4 and Key-Stage 5 – based on accurate data of the learner’s prior and current qualifications (the basis of the new Attainment Measure).

English/Maths
eTrackr-ilp integrates with bksb assessments in English and Maths, thus sharing key information about students’ strengths and weaknesses in these key areas with all key stakeholders. Through the ongoing skills checks, learners’ progress in these areas can also be tracked.

Retention
The eLights traffic-light system highlights at-risk students, allowing for targeted early interventions to increase student retention. In addition the Progress Review mechanism enables the flagging of students at-risk.

Destinations
eTrackr-ilp enables the capturing and input of the students’ Intended Destinations as well as their Actual Destinations, which can be monitored, tracked and are associated with the ILR codes.
